Occupational Health Services
Workplace Wellness are our Occupational Health partners. We have worked with them over the years and they have been kind enough to present seminars for our clients on Occupational Health.
Workplace Wellness offer a wide range of services and can support you in keeping your workforce safe and in complying with your statutory duty of care.
Services Include:
Health Assessment / Fit for Work
Your workforce may need to be assessed for various activities to ensure they meet the relevant standards. They may need a vocational medical such as HGV driving, or Asbestos medicals for those involved in non-licensed asbestos work.
Health Surveillance
Every employer has a legal duty of care to all their employees. Our committed team can help you fulfil your company’s legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act, Lead, Asbestos (non-licensed) Noise and Ionising Radiation Regulations.
Management Referrals
Experienced doctors and nurses can assess your employees and assist your management of health-related absence and planning a return to work. WW provide a professional, impartial opinion on fitness for work, including advice on adjustments and where appropriate, guidance on the Equality Act (2010). This will enable your employee to return to work safely and successfully to improve the efficiency and productivity of your organisation.
New Starter/Pre-placement screening
Before a new employee joins your workforce, it is wise to find out if there are any medical problems which may affect his/her ability to perform some or all of his/her job role.
