Company Fined £200,000 After Worker Falls from Forklift Truck

A carpentry and joinery company has been fined £200,000 after a worker fell from a forklift truck in Coventry. An investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) found that unsafe working practices were the cause of the incident in June 2021.
