Nestlè Prosecuted After Worker Injured in Chocolate Factory

Multinational food conglomerate Nestlè has been fined £800,000 after a worker was injured in its Newcastle factory. The company pleaded guilty to breaching health and safety regulations at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court in October this year. Dyson Fined £1.2m After Worker Injured in Wiltshire Factory

Technology giant Dyson has been fined £1.2m after a worker was injured when a milling machine fell on him in Dyson’s Wiltshire factory.
